Abstract

The human person is connected (sense of Latin religare)
to the divine, and thus is religious. The religious dimension is
expressed principally in taking care of creation, and not only in
rites and practices. This tending requires self-giving, as Jesus
shows us: without preferences or exceptions, with love. The
Church becomes sinodal when it gives itself, when it loves and
cares for Life like its Teacher, taking on board all consequences.
