Alberto A. Zalles, Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales

Spanish teacher in the Belgian education system. Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from ISET Universidad Católica Boliviana, 1984. Master's degree in Social Sciences from FLACSO-Ecuador, 1993. Volunteer in the OSCAR project with the Franciscan fathers, 1978.
