Abstract

The paper analyzes an article by Jacek Bartyzel, a Polish philosopher, who presents his perception of the cultural revolution of the new left. It delves into the concept of revolution, and then discusses the proposals and consequences of the four revolutions: the metaphysical, the political, the socio-economic, and the cultural. Bartyzel explains the position of neo-Marxism, which, by returning to Hegel, provokes a change in the subject and object of the revolution. It concludes by indicating the characteristics and interests of the new left as well as the so-called gender theory.
