Abstract

The Synod on Synodality marked a turning point in the mission and life of the Church, and the reflection on evangelization in the digital world was no exception. The participation of Sr. Xiskya Valladares in the Synodal Assemblies as a representative of this mission helped incorporate a perspective for understanding the Church’s challenges and opportunities in this realm. Her testimony provides insights into how this topic was received and what paths are emerging for the future.

Author Biography

Pablo Hernán Savoia, Universidad Católica Argentina

Pablo Hernán Savoia is a priest of the Diocese of San Martín, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He holds a degree in Dogmatic Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University (Rome, Italy); a Higher Technician in Digital Marketing from the Teclab Higher Technical Institute, Buenos Aires. He represents the Argentine community of digital missionaries in the "The Church Listens to You" Project of the Dicastery for Communication of the Holy See. He works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Theology of the Catholic University of Argentina in the subjects of Pneumatology and Liturgical Pastoral. He is also a lecturer at other theological institutes.
