Abstract

The article discusses the activities carried out in the Archdiocese of Cochabamba to celebrate the Jubilee of Mercy in 2016. The Sacrament of Reconciliation was promoted, and various activities were held, including conferences on family and mercy, retreats, and pilgrimages.

Robert Herman Flock, Universidad Católica Boliviana

Mons. Robert Flock, born in the United States, is the Auxiliary Bishop of Cochabamba. He earned his Licentiate in Sacred Theology from the Gregorian University in Rome in 1982, specializing in Biblical Theology.
