Abstract

The following interview with the author discusses the importance of mercy, which only makes sense within the Christian framework and can only be understood in relation to Jesus Christ. It highlights the significance of restoring dignity to both men and women, especially in a contemporary commercial culture that often commodifies sexual identity. The author also speaks about the need to address the truth and the importance of the question "why" in relation to human dignity. The topic is approached from a religious perspective, mentioning Pope Francis's call to be merciful.
